Puzzled with Struggles of Low Back or Hip Discomfort?
by Dr. Liesle Elsey, DPT
It’s been a long day of standing—maybe meal prepping for the week—and now your lower back or hip feels tight and uncomfortable. You grab your trusty massage gun, and it helps for a moment, but the discomfort returns the next time you’re on your feet for a longer period of time. The window of what you can comfortably do keeps shrinking while the time needed to recover grows longer.
